It was a gloomy evening....there were some dogs barking aimlessly....some cows gazing at the empty streets and a mad man sitting under a lamp post...

Simple story, well told; I think the story goes to show that when reduced to the barest circumstances, humans manage to find something to give meaning to their life.
nice story, this tells us about how much relations are important to us. and how much important we feel when we know that some one is able to survive because of us. there is a sense of satisfaction connected to it
a very thoughtful and nicely described story specially the entire description of the beggar..his simplicity...and humanitarian grounds,the fact that he is trying to help the survival of a creature in today's word..........
